Our new research on transport equity for older people👏👏
Our new paper out! In this co-authored study (with Prof. Kuniaki Sasaki, @Long_Cheng1, and Xingwei Liu), we aim to explore whether the non-linearity of the built environment can address the gender difference in active travel among older population. doi.org/10.1016/j.trd.2022.1…

In the latest study, we investigated how to promote car-pooling behaviour. Government regulation, certification for carbon emission reduction, and information publicity appear to have great potential, albeit with different effects on car-pooling. authors.elsevier.com/c/1fOk7…

Glad to be part of this work with @YongjiangYang ! Our new paper offers an explanatory insight into individual heterogeneities in shared e-bikes by using an integrated psychological and behavioural analytical framework.
Glad to share our latest paper (with Wenhao Li, @Long_Cheng1, Xianghe Meng, Fan Zhang, and Yanjie Ji) in TRR. We employed TPB and TAM to explore the mechanisms influencing shared electric bicycle users' acceptance and intention to use. doi.org/10.1177/036119812211…

Glad to share this new work! We identify the significant built environment correlates of shared micro-mobility as a feeder mode to urban rail transport.
New article out! Applying quantile regression to identify nonlinear relationships between the bulit environment and bike–and–ride usage @Long_Cheng1 @DV_Jonas | Home authors.elsevier.com/a/1fCJ0…

Very happy to be involved with this research. We observe that the specificity of Japanese socio-cultural norms contributes to built environment effects on the mobility of the older population.
New paper out, co-authored with Prof Kuniaki Sasaki, @Long_Cheng1, and Dr Sui Tao. Using data from Chiba City, we explore the built environment impacts on active travel among older adults in the specific Japanese context. 50 days' free access authors.elsevier.com/c/1exWz…

In this new paper, travel time estimation from an online Maps API was applied to assess accessibility. We find that the inter-group inequity in accessibility to healthcare by public transit is greater than that by private cars. authors.elsevier.com/a/1er5~…
