Helping families afford food and groceries
Nearly $100 million in total funding
$17.5 million: support for free school breakfast and lunch programs
$12 million: Illinois Grocery Initiative funds to address food deserts
$70 million: Families Receiving Emergency Support for Hunger (FRESH) Program for Illinois families kicked off SNAP by the Trump Administration
