I don’t know who needs to hear this but you do not need millions from a VC to build your product. Just build it. The funding will come. Look at @steipete and OpenClaw. The old days of funding rounds are different. You can actually do a lot with a small nimble team with a few licenses of Codex/CC. And then your job is to use those tools as hard and as fast as you can so that you don’t need them anymore. Why do you think codex is open source? Because it can be vibe coded with GPT-5.5-xhigh with a nimble team of passionate people. Why do you think Anthropic is in deep shit? Same answer. I’m not an influencer, I’m telling you what to do.

Me and my team have been absolutely cooking with @nvidia OpenShell and @openclaw. This is a big week for us as we move to scale. Anyone putting all their cards in an @OpenAI or @Anthropic first eco system are about to replace their Microsoft spend with Anthropic/OpenAI spend. If you want to actually leverage AI and agentic systems the right way, you need to build them yourself and take sovereignty over your data. As enterprises we put way too much faith in the tech industry. Now that we as domain experts have control of what happens behind the curtains we have unlocked our true potential. Microsoft knows it which is why they are not fighting it. They haven’t invested much of anything in Ai that works….yet. Their move to OpenClaw systems is their last try at survival. The cloud provider’s lunch has ended. Local open source will win. Not just at the consumer level. At the enterprise level as well. Watch and see. Hopefully I can be more public in the future on what my team is building but what fun is game theory without the conspiring in secret???🤫 Open Source Wins.

To whom it may concern - this whole “computer use” campaign is the SAAS crew’s last lazy attempt at keeping you in their eco system so they can salvage whatever is left of your addiction to their products and then swap over to a headless API without you even realizing. Right now the CEOs eyes light up when they see a computer control their email and flip through websites. It’s cool until you realize it is completely unnecessary and just a gimic. They are just exposing themselves as the snake oil salesman they have always been. All you are buying from them is a human tool that helped humans understand complex code and presents it in a way that is useful to humans. GUIs are neither useful nor necessary for machine communication. I run a local compute model with openclaw that I use to connect to a wrapper I built that can render a .docx or produced in the browser without ever opening Microsoft word. You get it? Why do I need word? Because it’s easy? The agents don’t need easy. They will make it easy for you.
