Stop putting your reference point for price in the past and start looking towards the future. Many people fail to pull the trigger on buying assets because they feel more expensive now compared to where you could have bought them a couple of months ago. "We've pumped too much now" "I'll wait for a pullback" "I knew I should have bought at $20 damn, I won't touch it here though" The psychology of missing opportunity keeps you looking backwards instead of forwards. Everything feels more expensive because your reference point is the past. But you're not buying things because of the past, you're buying things because of the future, because of what your expectations are for where things could go to. Stop fixating on the fact you missed some gains in the short term and appreciate where these markets are from a higher timeframe perspective. Be aware of what the charts look like, how we're positioned and how much room we potentially have when you're away from the 5m chart crying about another missed opportunity. Stop living in the shadow of what you could have done, and start thinking about price today vs the future, not vs the past.
