Another VICTORY for President Trump and the safety and security of the American people.   The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled that @POTUS is rightfully using his Constitutional authority to direct the National Guard to protect federal assets, personnel and public safety in Portland, Oregon. The law, U.S. Constitution, and supremacy clause back the President’s action to protect the public and law enforcement, and today this ruling has vindicated us.

What I saw tonight absolutely made the case to have federal intervention for the ICE building in Portland. There were so many protestors the only way to handle them when it got out of control was gassing everyone into oblivion. This isn’t fair to the people and businesses there. It’s not fair for the LEO’s who are dealing with this either. The whole area should be fenced off and accessible only to residents and protests moved away from the building. They can still have free speech but then can’t harass/riot in the streets. Military should stay as long as this goes on. If Portland can’t get this under control then the Feds have to. Portland is lacking the manpower and mostly lacking the will to do so.
