Challenging VT storm with multiple morphologies in a hemodynamically unstable patient for redo procedure. Substrate-guided strategy, focusing on areas of wavefront discontinuity with dual pacing wavefronts suggested a potential VT isthmus. Area corresponded nicely with @inheartmedical wall thinning. Non-inducible on PES after RF. @AbbottCardio @mike_lean @Mapbastian

Emergency ablation for VT associated with HCM under ECMO support. Focal pattern in the LV posterolateral wall on the epicardial side. Endocardial approach terminated it. Great combination of #EnSiteX, #HDGrid, and #Tactiflex. The vector arrow is very useful! #EP大学

This makes sense. When I started learning cardiac anatomy and EP terminology, I thought about TA 4-5 located APs as inferior and septal but I was "forced" to say they where posterior and septal due to stablished convention. 😁. Thanks Dr. @jacabreracardio .

👩🎓👨🎓electrophysiologists performing accessory pathway ablation have used the term 'posteroseptal' region . 🔹This area, however, is neither septal nor posterior, but paraseptal and inferior.
