There is something wrong with OSS the way most companies utilize it, I agree. Also, especially with library style projects, attracting contribution is seemingly very difficult. 😩 Take your time and review your options. Be very proud of your work and take care of yourself! 🤗

I’m taking some time off writing OSS code. I’m tired of entitlement, of lack of assistance, lack of support from the community. It’s making me utterly miserable. I make barely any money from license sales and have a super low contribution base. It’s a failure.
