Er is geen substraat voor de “genderidentiteit”, geen enkel bewijs dat het construct “aangeboren” zou zijn. En nou doet u alsof dat wel zo is, en maakt eenieder die de moed heeft er vragen bij te stellen teneinde prepuberale kinderen (!) voor onnodige castratie te behoeden potentieel strafbaar.
Ik heb weinig woorden voor die pijnlijke ignorantie, die helaas precies het tegendeel zal bewerken van wat u pretendeert. Internationaal is de schade bij detransitioners in toenemende mate zichtbaar, maar u bent trots op uw bijdrage aan dit medisch schandaal.
Ik kan er met mijn hoofd niet bij.

Nee, Bente, je hebt nu ook het betwiste idee 'genderidentiteit' in het strafrecht verankerd. Daarmee heb je in wezen een geloof tot wettelijke norm verheven. Wat je vandaag werkelijk hebt geregeld, is dat de oppositie tegen dit idee alleen maar groter gaat worden. Ik hoop dat de VVD bereid is om daar eindelijk eens naar te luisteren.

In these guidelines, a government agency describes a scenario in which a man pretending to be a woman goes to the doctor pretending to have premenstrual symptoms. The doctor refuses to believe him, so the imaginary troon is advised to report the doctor and get him or her sanctioned.

Serial killer Harvey Marcelin has been sentenced to life in prison for murdering and dismembering a woman he met in a NYC women’s shelter.
This is the third separate time that Marcelin has been sentenced to life in prison for the murder of a woman. He was first convicted of murder in 1963, then paroled in 1984, only to be arrested for a second femicide in 1986. He was paroled a second time, to a women’s shelter, in 2019, even though he told a parole officer upon his release that he had “a problem with women.”
For the last four years, Marcelin has been housed in a women’s facility, but has recently been moved to hospital accommodations, probably as a result of age and ill health.
This case should serve as a reminder that even ill, very elderly men can be dangerous to women, and that women need separate housing in shelters and other facilities.
