This is the first time, I believe, Trump has explicitly said he had a windfarm-for-pipeline deal with Hochul, which Hochul's team has previously denied.
Trump: We’re getting held up by the Governor of New York. We made a deal with her. She broke the deal. We made her a deal, we would give her windmills because she likes windmills. I guess we are withdrawing those windmills.
