Tango isn't closed it was sold to Krafton, they were goingto close the studi, but Krafton swooped in at the last second. I didn't realise PlayStation had closed a lot more Studios than Xbox this generation that's bad, and a direct result of them fruitlesly chasing live service.

Microsoft definitely isn't doing this out of it's own volition, it's the Studios trying to spin off, if it was up to them they would just close them.

Bloomberg: Several Xbox Studios, including Compulsion Games, Ninja Theory, and Double Fine are in active negotiations with Xbox to spin off as they try to avoid closure.

Amongst noise, hyberbole & dissent for the EHRC "code" let's not forget how beneficial the Supreme Court ruling is for lesbians & gay men. The rights of the L&G in the much mentioned LGBTQA community, to have single sex spaces, should not be sacrificed for the sake of ideology.
