🚨 SCANDAL: ONGOING FAILURE OF STANDARDS 🚨
Alliance Deputy Leader Eóin Tennyson’s Vulgar Intoxicated Video – Long time Circulating, Yet Naomi Long & Party Still Refuse to Act
A deeply disturbing video featuring
@EoinTennyson, Deputy Leader of the
@allianceparty which has been circulating for quite some time exposes conduct that is profoundly unbecoming of any public office holder. In the footage, originally filmed without his consent while visibly intoxicated, Tennyson makes crude, explicit sexual references, including the vulgar phrase: “F***ing Sunday... Can’t wait to get some d***.”
This is not harmless banter; it is coarse, juvenile, and degrading language now widely shared online. One prominent example of the circulating clip can be viewed here:
facebook.com/officialprotest… (and similar reposts).
The fact that this material has existed and spread for an extended period yet triggered zero meaningful accountability is damning. Even more concerning is the continued deafening silence from Alliance Party leader
@naomi_long. Despite the clear damage to public trust, Long has failed to condemn the video, take any disciplinary action, or remove Tennyson. Instead, the party elevated him to Deputy Leader a senior role demanding integrity and public respect.
This ongoing tolerance is indefensible and reveals a complete collapse of standards at the top of the Alliance Party. Public office demands higher standards, not excuses or indifference to recorded vulgarity. The people of Northern Ireland deserve representatives who uphold decency and self-respect, not those whose antics invite ridicule while they push progressive credentials in public.
Eóin Tennyson should have been sacked on the spot when the video first emerged. That he remains in post, shielded by Naomi Long’s inaction, speaks volumes about the judgment and priorities of Alliance leadership. Both must be held to account. This sustained failure of basic standards will not be forgotten by the electorate.
