Read the full paper, not just the thread. The detail that matters: public and private state finalize in the same block, under the same validator set. No separate consensus, no asynchronous bridge. That is what makes confidential payroll and treasury composable instead of isolated.
Our read: privacy without anonymity cuts both ways. Governed visibility only works if the authorized parties are verifiable. The quieter the rails get, the more the trust layer matters.
