To my Seattle area followers - check out Metier Brewing @MetierBrewing up in Woodinville! They’re the first black owned brewery in the state.
Their GM, Dreux, is a friend from high school and an outstanding guy.
We're making plans to open soon for King County's Phase 1.5. Today we still have just online and to-go orders, but with a yummy food truck! Stop by 2-5pm to enjoy Puft Bubble Waffles!
We are SO humbled by our community. Ya'll are really amazing. You guys really showed up in support with your dollars- both to the Kickstarter and in online orders!
I hadn't even heard of @MetierBrewing, but they are nearby, black-owned and I just ordered a hundred dollars of beer from them. Basically a really big tasting flight as I don't know what my favorites are going to be :)
Excited to check them out when we can get there
One of my fav Seattle breweries, @MetierBrewing, made a Kickstarter.
It's probably best that I can't afford to name the food truck. I'd just pick something silly like Chris Trucker.

The food that @tamburg and the team at @salareseattle prepared for last night's brewmaster's dinner with @MetierBrewing was, in a word, outstanding. My favorite course was this lamb crepenette over a bed of kale, blackcurrants, fermented greens, and cous cous. #BlackHistoryMonth
Next Flights & Rights is on Tues 11/27! Hear from ACLU Staff Atty Eunice Cho, activist Maru Mora Villalpando, and Shacorrie Tunkara, wife of Saja Tunkara, a Seattle resident detained and recently deported by ICE. @MetierBrewing will be pouring

We'd really love for you join us and help support this amazing cause as we work towards helping them purchase a van so that kids can access new parts of the community, new trails, and new roads to explore with their bikes
Wanted to let you all know we're having Stephanie Anne Johnson out this Saturday! No cover for the event and we'll be fundraising on behalf of The Major Taylor Project which helps get bikes to kids here in King and Pierce counties
