I think this is particularly pertinent as ACCPs have essentially been excluded from lead roles in regional transfer teams, despite the fact that we proving time sensitive transfers and out of hours transfers when regional teams arenโt operational.

Wet circuits for covid19 CPAP would not be a good idea. Increase potential for airsolisation and would prevent the use of HME on expiratory valve to try and reduce the risk to staff. Whatever we use should be a dry circuit in my opinion.
