Today was a special day. I officially qualified to appear on the ballot for Florida’s 9th Congressional District, and I was honored to have my grandmother, Mildred Butler, by my side as I signed the paperwork. At 97 years young, she has seen nearly a century of American history, and she has always been an example of faith, hard work, family, and perseverance. Those values helped shape who I am and why I’m running for Congress. As a ninth-generation Floridian, I understand that we don’t inherit this state from our ancestors—we borrow it from our children and grandchildren. That’s why I’m running: to protect our way of life, strengthen our communities, and ensure the next generation has even greater opportunities than the ones we’ve been blessed with. I’m grateful for my family, grateful for the support we’ve received across District 9, and grateful for the opportunity to earn your vote. Let’s get to work. Let's send a farmer to Congress. 🇺🇸

LILY TANG WILLIAMS CALLS ON REP. GOODLANDER TO ANSWER WHETHER SHE SUPPORTS EMBATTLED DEMOCRAT SENATE CANDIDATE GRAHAM PLATNER PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE June 8, 2026 CONTACT Todd Cheewing Todd@Ascent-Strategic.com WEARE, N.H. — Republican congressional candidate Lily Tang Williams today called on Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander to answer a simple question: Does she support Maine Democrat U.S. Senate candidate Graham Platner in light of the constant national news coverage and growing controversy surrounding his campaign? This top-tier Senate race is happening just over our border. The latest allegations that Platner was physically abusive to his partners are very serious and disturbing. As national and state Democrats continue to rally around Platner's Senate bid, voters deserve to know whether Goodlander, as a woman herself, stands with him and supports his candidacy. Additionally, will Maggie Goodlander condemn organizations that support her, like VoteVets, for also propping up Graham Platner? "Granite Staters always deserve transparency and honesty from their elected officials," said Williams. "Graham Platner is looking to join Maggie as part of the New England delegation in Congress. Maggie Goodlander should tell voters whether she stands with Graham Platner and whether she believes he is fit to represent Maine in the United States Senate." "If Maggie Goodlander is willing to campaign alongside Graham Platner, raise money for him, or endorse him, the people of New Hampshire have a right to know," Williams continued. "If she believes his conduct or actions are disqualifying, she should say that too. Remaining silent is not leadership." Lily Tang Williams emphasized that accountability should apply equally to politicians of both parties. "Public officials should be held to the same standards regardless of party affiliation," said Williams. "Independent-minded Granite State voters expect their leaders to speak clearly and honestly when questions arise about the character and conduct of candidates seeking higher office." Williams called on Rep. Goodlander to publicly state whether she supports Platner's candidacy and whether she intends to endorse, campaign for, or assist his Senate campaign. About Lily Tang Williams Born in China just before Mao’s Cultural Revolution to working-class parents, Lily Tang Williams immigrated to the United States with nothing and built a life as an entrepreneur, educator, and community leader in Weare, NH. A living embodiment of the American Dream, she brings a uniquely powerful perspective to the fight for freedom and limited government. In 2024, Williams won the Republican nomination and captured 47% of the general election vote against current incumbent Maggie Goodlander — coming closer than any Republican has in more than a decade to flipping NH-02. She is back and running stronger than ever in 2026. Paid for by Lily4Congress Committee ###

As I travel across Massachusetts, I want to meet the entrepreneurs, small business owners, and restauranteurs who keep our communities thriving. Lately, that has brought me to places like Benny's Caribbean Restaurant in Worcester, where Benny and Nadia have built something special. Great food, great people, and a great example of the hard work and determination it takes to run a small business. Massachusetts should be a place where entrepreneurs can succeed, grow, and create opportunity. Rising costs and red tape shouldn't make it harder every year for people to pursue the American Dream. If you're in Worcester, stop by Benny's Caribbean Restaurant and support a local business that's helping make our communities stronger. Got a business you want me to stop by? Post the name in the comments.

82 years ago today, brave American heroes stormed the beaches of Normandy and changed the course of history forever. Their courage, sacrifice, and unbreakable will saved freedom for generations. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE June 4, 2026 Todd Cheewing Todd@Ascent-Strategic.com Lily Tang Williams Officially Files for Congress in New Hampshire's Second District CONCORD, N.H. — Today, Republican congressional candidate Lily Tang Williams officially filed her candidacy with the New Hampshire Secretary of State's Office, marking a major milestone in her campaign to represent New Hampshire's Second Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives. Williams, an entrepreneur, legal immigrant from Communist China, and independent conservative, said she is running to restore fiscal responsibility, defend individual liberty, secure America's borders, and fight for the values that have made New Hampshire and America exceptional. "I am honored to officially file for Congress and continue this fight on behalf of the people of New Hampshire," said Williams. "I came to America legally from Communist China with just a few dollars in my pocket, but with hope and determination. The freedoms and opportunities I found here changed my life forever. Today, I am running to ensure that future generations of Americans enjoy those same freedoms and opportunities." Williams said voters throughout the district are increasingly concerned about inflation, federal spending, border security, government overreach, and the nation's unsustainable debt. "Washington is spending too much, borrowing too much, and interfering too much in the lives of everyday Americans," Williams said. "The people of New Hampshire deserve a strong, independent voice who will challenge the status quo and always put citizens before special interests." Williams has built a serious grassroots movement fueled by volunteers and supporters who believe Washington needs more citizen leaders and fewer career politicians. From the last federal campaign finance disclosure, she leads New Hampshire Republican federal candidates in individual grassroots contributions. "As someone who experienced life under communism, I know how precious freedom truly is," Williams said. "I will never stop fighting to protect the liberties guaranteed by our Constitution and to preserve the American Dream for our children and grandchildren." Williams pledged to continue meeting voters throughout New Hampshire's Second District and earning support through direct engagement with Granite Staters. The New Hampshire primary election will be held on September 8, 2026. Why is @EdMarkey AFRAID to debate and instead, hides and lies? 👇
Replying to @EdMarkey
You have a plan? You’ve had 53 years to have a plan and get something done. Hell, you didn’t even vote yes for the Green New Deal. What kind of political coward doesn’t vote for his own bill and avoids debates? Btw, Ed, @sethmoulton debating the opposing nominee, isn’t called platforming - it’s called Democracy - something you clearly don’t believe in or you’re just too scared to show up. Btw, you sound A LOT like Donald Trump when you say “FAKE DEBATE.” I’m just saying. 😂 Speaking of debates, why not accept my 5 single-issue debate challenge? I’ve challenged you to debate me on energy, including your so-called signature proposed legislation - the Green New Deal. I’ve challenged you to debate me regarding housing, healthcare, and foreign policy. I’ve even challenged you to debate me for an hour solely on the issue of women’s reproductive rights. After all, you spent your first decade in office supporting a Constitutional Amendment to ban abortion, including in cases of rape and incest. That’s right, you wanted to use the constitution to strip away women’s rights. You only changed your mind when you decided to run for statewide office and looked at polling on the issue. How about an entire debate just on civil rights? Or are you too afraid it will give too much air time for me to bring up how you fought like hell to keep black kids from being bussed to better white schools in the 1970s and 1980s. That’s right, you claim to be Mr Reparations today - but when it counted the most - you stabbed blacks in the back. You even claimed you were supporting black people while doing it - just as long as they didn’t go to your white school district, right Ed? Btw, I’ve always wondered: When @JoeBiden ran for President in 2020 and reminded the world that, while he was a member of Congress, he was the guy who had reached out - across the aisle - and worked with anyone, including working with Democrats who had been white segregationists. Was he including you Ed? Instead of debating, after 53 years in elected office, all you can do is lie and run away from accountability - showing a true lack of integrity. You truly do fit in - in Washington. Btw, I earned my money representing working people across the Commonwealth agaisnt Multibillion dollar corporations and insurance companies. You’ve spent decades accepting their donations and doing their bidding in Washington. I did figure out, though, why you still talk about driving an Ice Cream truck during the summers while in school (over 60 years ago). It’s literally the only private sector job you’ve had in your 80 years of living. You ran for office while in school in 1972 - got elected in 72 - was sworn in office in January 1973 - and you’ve never left. While you’ve lived off the taxpayer, I’ve fought billionaires and regulatory capture on behalf of small investors. You bailed out billionaires and Wall Street Bankers in 2008 after their greed caused the so-called great financial crisis. But I guess you felt obligated to bail out the banks after the House Bank bailed you out and covered your nearly 100 bounced checks in the early 1990s for over $47,000. You didn’t even have to pay $1 fees, related to insufficient funds. Regular people’s credit would have been ruined, they would’ve had to pay thousands in fees, and they would’ve likely been prosecuted for fraud. But living in swamp has its perks, doesn’t it, Ed? You can be a coward and run from the debates for now, but you’re going to have to face me yourself - one on one - come the fall. Of course, you could prove you’re not a coward and accept the 5 single issue debate challenge. Or, is the reason you won’t debate because you and your team are too afraid you might have a “Biden moment” during the debates?
