Lmao. The video is simply pointing out that Indus Valley Civilization and the later Vedic civilization both originated in the northwestern part of the Indian subcontinent, but existed in different eras.
It’s not claiming that there were two separate civilisations “Indus civilization” and “Ganga-Yamuna civilization” that existed at the same time with "Indus civilisation" somehow being precursor of Islamic Republic of Pakistan created in 1947. This narrative that Pakistanis are pushing is absolutely absurd.
The truth is that IVC flourished earlier, mature period being from 2600–1900 BCE in the northwestern part of the Indian subcontinent. It gradually declined over centuries due to a combination of factors, primarily climatic shifts and the drying of the Ghaggar-Hakra (Saraswati) river system.
Following this decline, Arya tribes in a very decentralized fashion migrated into the region. They mixed with the IVC remnant populations, resulting in the beginning of Vedic Civilisation in the same region with clear genetic and cultural continuity with IVC alongside new elements. This Vedic Civilisation later expanded to encompass the whole of the Indian Subcontinent.
In no way does all this mean anything for the Pakistan which was created in 1947 on the basis of Islam. Islam rejects all culture that existed in the region of Indian Subcontinent now occupied by Pakistan and calls the era before your conversion as Jahiliyyah (the age of ignorance).
Hindus are the rightful heirs of both IVC and Vedic Civilisation with unbroken civilisational continuity while you people follow a religion originating in Arabia and have Arabic names.
Professor David Miano, a prominent historian and archaeologist, explains why the Indus Valley in Pakistan and the Ganga-Yamuna in India are two different civilisations.
