Everyone is talking abt #ChandMeraDil. Blind & deaf audiences can't access it. Since 15-3-2026, new theatrical films are legally required to provide Audio Description and Same-Language Captions. We checked. They weren't available. We've issued a legal notice to @DharmaMovies
