Unplugged #coding today as we use our fingers or toys to trace the path. Dramatizing computer processing - we start our path at the ‘input’ and end at the ‘output’. Can you see where the path begins and ends?

I made breakout room choice doors where Ss will "go" to during their work time. We're using Google Meet & I plan to link different Meet links to each 🚪so Ss can collaborate, work alone, or get extra help. Honoring differences & personalizing instruction!
Feel free to use⬇️
Individual math supplies... check! 🔢 It’s been such an adjustment switching to individual supplies from community supplies, but I’m hoping these little things will help with adjusting to all the larger scale changes this year.
How to use a Breakout Room Note Taker in Google Slides:
1️⃣ Set link to “Anyone can edit” & drop in chat
2️⃣ Students work in breakout groups & take notes on their assigned slide
3️⃣ Teachers monitor activity from Grid View in Slides

I have created ‘Artist of the Week’ slides to share with my class this year. There are 39 slides with a different artist for each week and I have tried to mix classical and modern artists and include diversity too. Happy to share if you think it will be useful for you 🎨 🖼
Thankful I continued to hold onto my loose parts collection from my Kinder days! Put together a class set of loose part bags so we can #MakeWriting and have #STEAM challenges. Ss will get one bag per week and then will rotate the next week after quarantining/sanitizing.
Dear educators, here is Google Drive folder with MANY teaching resources on #AntiRacism and materials from #BLM. This is curated by a variety of teachers for students K-12 and beyond. It's a hard topic, but a very important one. @tdsb#TeachingAntiRacismbit.ly/teachingantiracism
