MAGATs always acted outraged/and or block when I ask where they live in LA because, nine times out of 10, they don't live in LA or live in one of its cities where they cannot vote. Behold one example. I have a bunch.

@cynkirkland Now why would a woman that lives in Brentwood need a VPN? A MAGA coward and liar. Throw a rock and you'll hit a dozen.

Ah, the terrible @LorenaAD80, can't resist calling IC tax cheats/frauds (not the first time she's done this) yet has blocked most of them from responding.

Finally, somebody said something! NY Times no less!
nytimes.com/2021/07/12/theat… "The question is how #AB5 went from a bill meant to address the nonprotection of gig workers - to a bill that is bullying nonprofit theater companies" - Tim Robbins in @nytimes #RepealAB5 @CAgovernor @LorenaAD80 .@LorenaSGonzalez

Miss "For the Worker" has only ever really been concerned with lining union coffers.
Commentary: Did Asm. Lorena Gonzalez, author of the disastrous AB 5 law, use bogus data to help get her onerous labor bill passed in 2019? According to the Berkeley Research Group, the answer is an unequivocal yes. thecoastnews.com/commentary-…

Lol.. You'll have egg on your face when you and Veena discover it's simply that you're unlikable.

The elephant in the room that @LorenaSGonzalez and her labor ilk continue to ignore...you simply cannot get a job over 50.

And @LorenaSGonzalez still can't understand why independent contractors exist.
HuffPost employees, after a year of working through a pandemic that isn't over, were invited to a meeting today with the password "spring is here," where they were told 47 of them would be laid off. They would only know if they still had a job if they didn't receive an email by 1

Stop lying, @LorenaSGonzalez. We've known the truth for a while now and this isn't it.

The only thing I agree with the current adminstration on.
Key #AB5 #Dynamex line from Dept Labor today (h/t @RebeccaARainey): "Adopting the ABC test as the FLSA’s generally applicable standard for distinguishing employees from independent contractors would be unduly restrictive and disruptive to the economy." dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/W…

My favorite thing about this is an an earlier tweet, @LorenaSGonzalez actually compared driving to slavery... slavery wasn't a CHOICE, which makes her statement completely offensive. This guy did this of his own volition; he obviously didn't want to be an employee.

"I can’t tell you the number of journalists in particular I heard from who got a full-time job or a part-time job out of #AB5." You can't @LorenaSGonzalez because THEY DIDN'T. Why would the exemption exists otherwise. God, you're a terrible liar.

@LorenaAD80 you said tonight (at 1:24:45 on this video): "I can’t tell you the number of journalists in particular I heard from who got a full-time job or a part-time job out of #AB5." Which companies hired journalists as employees because of AB5? youtube.com/watch?v=gxSG6W4P…

Another nullifying, shortsighted @LorenaSGonzalez bill. For some one who claims to love the "worker," she really gets off on making them suffer. ocregister.com/2020/08/18/as…

So much for "truth" and "hundreds of thousands" whom AB5 has helped, @LorenaSGonzalez.
According to this poll, a whopping 82% of Uber drivers want to keep their independent contractor status, while only 15% want to become employees. From a Democratic-leaning pollster (Benenson Strategy Group), no less. tinyurl.com/y67nct3x

Disagree all you want @LorenaSGonzalez. Got any more cartoonists to offer a weak, half-hearted apology to as they try to make their rent? Pride goeth...even powerful assemblywomen can be reduced to running bake sales.
