85-year-old woman Kushma Devi is being harassed by her daughter-in-law, son & grandsons since 2 years in #Uttarakhand Kotdwar, Village: Jhandichaur Purvi, Jashodhar, Pur Police Chowki area, District: Pauri. Yet No FIR no arrest by #UttarakhandPolice we want #JusticeForMother ! The weeping elderly woman is pleading for justice from CM Pushkar Singh Dhami & PM Modi. The accused do not allow the elderly woman to fetch water & put garbage in front of her door & spit on her face. Accused are abuse her profanely at night after drinking alcohol & bang on her doors & windows all night, ask her to leave out, & threaten to kill her & strip her naked & throw her in the forest. Yet no FIR has been filed by the Uttarakhand Police, nor have the culprits been arrested. The mother says in the video that she has gone to the police chowki several times, but the police did not register her FIR or record her statement. The police did not listen to her at all & asked her to leave the police station Even when the mother asked her second son to file an online complaint, instead of taking action against the culprits, the police falsified her online complaint & posted on the online portal that the complainant was lying to his brother out of malice. The matter is as follows: Kushma Devi, an elderly woman was purchased approximately 2.5 Biswa (two and a half Biswa) of land on March 20, 2018, using her pension money in the name of her son, Shyam Singh. Still She has the original documents for this land. She was purchased this land in the name of her younger son, Shyam Singh, only on the condition that she would build a house & live on the land as long as she lived, & that her son, Shyam Singh, her daughter-in-law Parvati Devi & her tow grandsons would care for her, take her to the hospital when she was sick, and bring her groceries from the store. But as soon as she purchased the land & built a one-room house for herself, they stopped caring for her & began harassing her. Now, at the age of 85, the accused are use her of filthy language, telling her to leave the house. They bang on her door at night, throw stones & bricks at her windows & doors, & brandish sharp weapons like sickles, threatening to strip her naked & kill her & throw her in the forest. They don't even let her sleep at night. and repeatedly disturb her. They also urinate and throw garbage in front of her door. Recently, on May 29, 2026, her son, Shyam Singh, at the behest of his wife, Parvati Devi, spat on her mother's face four to five times. Accused are still constantly assaulting & abusing her, spiting her mouth, blocking her way, & preventing her from filling water! This incident occurred in the Jashodharpur ( Karalghati) police chowki area, village: Purvi Jhandichaur, Tahseel: Kotdwar, District: Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
