Great to see @AmeriCorps ‘s Michael Smith talk about the work with @NCoC to look at volunteer data and pipeline to social capital growth. The national volunteer rate has 5% increased since the pandemic. Funding is essential, but we can’t solely “staff” a healthy democracy.
