This week’s verdict is notable, however, for another reason: Weinstein’s trial revealed in a very public forum why survivors of sexual assaults are so hesitant to speak out. laist.com/news/harvey-weinst…

Asked #ChatGPT to "write a survey for a congressional candidate including screeners and demos" and it was a pretty coherent draft...how long before it can fill in charts and numbercheck? chat.openai.com/

I'd add Montana where voters rejected a ballot measure written to try to scare healthcare providers away from performing abortions. It didn't get as much attention, but it was an exciting campaign to be a part of!
Voters in Vermont, Michigan, California, and Kentucky voted to protect reproductive rights. To everyone who made that possible, thank you.

And it passed! Proud to be on the team that got this ballot across the finish line - it'll help so many Nebraskans including thousands of children whose parents earn minimum wage
Nebraska Initiative 433: $15 minimum wage by 2026, and index it for inflation into the future. Not likely to pass in conservative Nebraska. #ampFW ampfw.org/3UsM0OQ

Proud to have been a part of the team to pass the Predatory Debt Collection Protection Act in AZ - it proved overwhelmingly popular and is a great template for other states looking to fight medical debt
🎉BIG NEWS🎉 AZ voters passed #YesOn209 with close to 75% of the vote! We know from talking to ordinary people across the state that Arizonans need relief from medical debt, and we’re so proud to see our members’ hard work pay off with this victory! #AZStrong

A long way to go, but things looking good for reproductive rights ballots so far - pro-choice side of ballots even running ahead of Dem candidates in KY, MI, MT

Our analysis has shown that women are registering to vote at higher rates in states where abortion is most threatened. Now that Senator Graham has weighed in on a national ban, that is officially everywhere.
Breaking News: Senator Lindsey Graham proposed a federal 15-week abortion ban, attempting to unite the GOP ahead of elections and signaling that if the party wins the Senate, it could pursue the kind of national ban top Republicans have said was unlikely. nyti.ms/3xkQ8HE

Cards Against Humanity is donating 100% of their profits to the National Network of Abortion Funds if the order comes from a state restricting abortion access. If someone selects “I didn’t agree to this” an additional $5 donation is added to their cart. 😂

Right now the KS abortion vote has 140,000 more votes than the two governor primaries combined, which means nearly 20% of voters came out just to vote on the amendment

I've seen enough: in a huge victory for the pro-choice side, the Kansas constitutional amendment to remove protections of abortion rights fails.

I’ve seen (and conducted) plenty of studies on the bias that women candidates face — so happy to see one on how to change it!
presenting behavioral evidence that women earn as much electoral support as men in Congressional elections increased Democratic primary voters’ intentions to vote for women presidential candidates, driven by heightened perceptions of electability osf.io/5rtbu
So proud of the folks behind Green Qween and hoping their application gets approved by city council this week! @kdeleon

And much like on Christmas, I’ve been wearing pajama pants all day #AAPOR
AAPOR is like Christmas for pollsters but instead of a cool new bike you get new theories on polling error and insights from experiments
