Our recent evidence with infants<6mths shows MUAC cutoff for identifying underweight & severe underweight was 11cm. Hence this MUAC cutoff could reliably be used to screen infants <6mths with UW & SUW for providing appropriate care in the Indian settings

Our systematic review showed significant improvement in recovery of #SAM children treated with antibiotics in #CMAM prog This supports continuation of antibiotic for SAM as recommended by #WHO.
