Was really excited & honored to see my recent research w/ @NM_Stephens & @sarahsachiko mentioned in this excellent @Medium piece on the strengths of non-traditional candidates. As a researcher, it's super affirming to hear that your findings resonate w/ people's personal stories
It took a lot of good fortune to get to where I am today, and I’m working to help ensure that the next generation of non-traditional candidates won’t have to be so lucky. Read my new post on my background and the strengths of non-traditional candidates. lnkd.in/gTpVkcf
