Dep. Sec. Su has championed worker rights, dignity, and wellbeing literally her entire career. We were honored to join other API orgs in urging President Biden to nominate her, and urge a quick confirmation in the Senate.
President Biden is nominating Deputy Labor Secretary Julie Su, who previously headed California's labor department, to be the next Secretary of Labor.
If confirmed, Su will become the first Asian American to join Biden's cabinet at the rank of secretary. n.pr/3Y9K6Ef
