That's a VERY big question! When I get up I'll post some thoughts from some research papers I was working with yesterday ... but one thing I've read recently, that I like a lot, is the idea of CoG as enabler - enabling board and exec leaders to do their best for the organisation.

The latest @Ukgovsread slow read so far confirms we should ensure trustees aren't hungry when making important decisions, cake really DOES help (the best news!), and more movement during meetings would be a good thing. Not sure they need us checking pupil dilation rates though!
