This Airbnb in the Appalachian Mountains is not for the faint of heart. To get there, you have to climb 177 floating steps and cross a suspension bridge. And yes, they strongly recommend leaving the suitcases behind. Once you make it to the top, though, you’re rewarded with this insane Cliff House tucked into the mountainside. They spent the night sitting outside in the dark playing cards and getting eaten alive by bugs… and somehow still had a great time. Would you stay somewhere like this, or is the hike up a dealbreaker for you? If you like creepy things, make sure to stay till the end.
