I always encourage people to look at the picks the Thunder didn’t get. Houston 2021. Philly 2025. Utah ducked their multi-year obligation entirely. The lottery has by and large been unkind to the Thunder through protected picks. If they’d had San Antonio’s luck… yeesh.

The way you guys in the national media treated Shai this season was shameful and disgraceful. Just saying. To your credit, you owned it. He had an amazing season and seems to be a great guy. Our field inexplicably tried to make him a villain. So odd.

It's today's engagement-farming media. Most of them are a bad week from losing their jobs so they take something out of context for clicks. Plus, most have no real experience and absolutely no writing talent.
I don't know about you guys, but I think it really sucks that a well-thought-out, classy answer got cut down to one sentence so people can clown him in the mentions and so the aggregators can get engagement.
