Today, the Online Trust and Safety Training kicked off at @unilak_rwanda , equipping participants with practical skills to protect their devices, secure their online accounts, identify digital threats, and use the Internet responsibly. This initiative is targeting 500 women entrepreneurs and refugees, aiming to strengthen digital resilience and promote safer participation in the digital economy.

Through sessions on spotting and avoiding online threats, device and account protection, data privacy, responsible social media use, misinformation, and online fraud prevention, participants are building the knowledge needed to become champions of online safety within their families, businesses, and communities.
