கூட்டுறவு வங்கிகளின் மூலம் ரூ.75,000/- வரை பயிர்க்கடன் பெற்ற குறு, சிறு மற்றும் இதர பெரு விவசாயிகளுக்கு 100 சதவீதம் முழுமையாக பயிர்க்கடன் தள்ளுபடி செய்து மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் திரு.ச. ஜோசப் விஜய் அவர்கள் அறிவிப்பு மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் திரு. ச. ஜோசப் விஜய் அவர்களால் 25.05.2026 தேதியில் ரூ.50,000/- வரை பயிர்கடன் பெற்ற குறு, சிறு விவசாயிகளுக்கு முழுமையாக பயிர்க்கடன் தள்ளுபடி செய்து பயிர் கடன் தள்ளுபடித் திட்டம் அறிவிப்பு வெளியிடப்பட்டது. மாநிலம் முழுவதிலுமிருந்து இவ்விவசாய கடன் தள்ளுபடி குறித்து மறுபரிசீலனை செய்ய பல்வேறு தரப்புகளிலிருந்து கோரிக்கைகள் பெறப்பட்டன. மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்கள் மேற்கண்ட கோரிக்கைகளை கனிவுடன் பரிசீலனை செய்ய உத்திரவிட்டதற்கிணங்க மேற்கண்ட பயிர்க்கடன் தள்ளுபடி திட்டத்தினை மறு ஆய்வு செய்திட 15.06.2026 அன்று தலைமைச் செயலகத்தில் மறு ஆய்வுக் கூட்டம் நடத்தப்பட்டது. இம்மறு ஆய்வுக் கூட்டத்தில் மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் திரு. ச. ஜோசப் விஜய் அவர்கள் தலைமையில் விவசாயிகளுக்கான பயிர்க்கடன் தள்ளுபடி தொடர்பாக, வேளாண்மை - உழவர் நலத்துறை, கூட்டுறவுத் துறை, நிதி, திட்டம் மற்றும் வளர்ச்சித் துறை அமைச்சர்கள் மற்றும் அலுவலர்களுடன் மறு பரிசீலனை செய்யப்பட்டது. இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கியின் 28.11.2025 ஆம் தேதியிட்ட அரசு கடன் தள்ளுபடி திட்டங்களுக்கான மாதிரி செயல்பாட்டு நடைமுறைகளின்படி, பயிர்க்கடன் தள்ளுபடிக்கான முழுத்தொகையையும் அரசானது 45 முதல் 60 நாட்களுக்குள் முழுமையாக செலுத்தவேண்டும் என்ற வழிகாட்டுதலின்படியும், தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் இன்றைய நிதிநிலை மற்றும் நிதி ஆதாரங்கள் ஆகியவற்றைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டும், இந்த இக்கட்டான சூழ்நிலையிலும், கூட்டுறவு வங்கிகளில் 01.05.2025 முதல் 28.02.2026 வரை பயிர் கடன் பெற்ற 14.43 இலட்சம் விவசாயிகளுக்கு சுமார் ரூ.6,000 கோடி வரை கீழ்க்கண்டவாறு தள்ளுபடி செய்ய மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்கள் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்கள். • 8,33,773 குறு விவசாயிகளுக்கான தள்ளுபடித் தொகை ரூ.3,599.67 கோடி • 5,16,183 சிறு விவசாயிகளுக்கான தள்ளுபடித் தொகை ரூ.1,995.42 கோடி • 93,548 இதர பெரு விவசாயிகளுக்கான தள்ளுபடித் தொகை ரூ.337.15 கோடி • ஆக கூடுதல் 14,43,504 விவசாயிகளுக்கு உத்தேச பயிர் கடன் தள்ளுபடித் தொகை ரூ.5,932.23 கோடி ஆகும்.
