Oh, that’s the easy part. You can have it send you screenshots on Signal, or set up a remote desktop connection (for example, using NoMachine Network or another similar remote desktop tool) to view it from your phone using the NoMachine iOS app (or other remote desktop iOS app). You could also set up a tailscale server on the machine so that you can create a secure encrypted connection (using the Tailscale VPN app on your phone) and then navigate directly to the locally hosted website running the dashboard, from your phone’s browser.
