I want to see BAT, Atiku, Makinde and everyone else sit for a similar interview with Rufai. Let's make it a series.. I've always found long form interviews more useful than debates. You can hide when you have only 60 seconds to answer but you can't when you have time to explain.

Can we give @ruffydfire some credit? There's a lot to criticize him for, but he handled himself like a real journalist in that interview. Especially considering the fact that he obviously likes PO. He could have interviewed him like Fox News interviews Trump but he didn't.

Very emotional moment from the interview with Zelenskyy. You should watch this. JOURNALIST: Do you miss being an actor? ZELENSKYY:?I miss being a good father. JOURNALIST: When your children were little, what did you tell them the most? What was the thing that you told them the most when they were small? ZELENSKYY: I love you. JOURNALIST: And what do you tell them now that they're older? ZELENSKYY: Oh, I miss you. JOURNALIST: When was the last time you cried? ZELENSKYY: I will try to do it after our interview. No, I mean this, between us. I'm a normal man and then there are a lot of different moments, between us, almost each day, a lot of losses on the battlefield and civilians, and there are absolutely crazy attacks on our people. And I'm just, it's… I mean, It's very difficult really, when I give orders (medals). I said about it. It's always difficult for me when I give orders (medals) to the mothers and fathers, who lost their children. In such moments, really, I often cry. JOURNALIST: Are you a hero? ZELENSKYY: No. JOURNALIST: So who is your hero? ZELENSKYY:?My hero? My children, my army, our army, and Ukrainian people. So I'm a part… I'm also a Ukrainian, so I'm a part of our nation. But now our nation, I think, that our nation is absolutely heroic.

I am one probably of the few Nigerians who think the peace deal we made with the Niger Delta Militants was a mistake. It bought us temporary peace but at the price of incentivizing taking up arms against the state. Now every criminal wants money and amnesty too.
This is why you need journalists who are actually grounded to push back when politicians speak like this. How will you convince people whose parents, siblings and children have been slaughtered to accept back into communities those who have committed those murders, rapes and kidnappings? What will that reconciliation look like? What justice will you offer the families of those killed and assaulted? Beyond telling those who have committed serial murders to just go and sin no more, what will this negotiation involve? How will you prevent recidivism and exploitation of any such amnesty by bad actors who simply want to get the heat off their backs while they restrategise?

When I compliment Cardoso I get attacked and accused of having corn in my pocket 😂
Peter Obi: The CBN Governor and his team are doing well with the Monetary side of the economy. Rufai: But the President Tinubu you are criticizing is the one that put the CBN Governor there. Peter Obi: No No No No, it’s not a question of who put him there. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Dear Nigerians, Skipping that South African film costs you nothing. It’s the easiest protest you’ll ever make, a way to stand for the Nigerians being disenfranchised over there.

No politics considered, American is just the greatest country on earth. They have unlocked something so many countries will never have, through history, happenstance, non-unique violence, etc. Trump made me forget but I'm really a Yankophile. 😂🇺🇸

Nigeria is a Cornucopia of terrible ideas. I blame Marxist university lecturers.
Please listen to Sowore on how he will improve electricity in the country🙏 - Go for alternatives -Completely break down the archaic national grid into regional grids, state grids and mini-grids -Houses with solar can sell electricity to the estate grids and make money from it

He couldn't be more like the rest of them. Still shocked by how smart people I really respect fell for the hype. Took me only 2 conversations with him and his team in 2022 to clock that he's not it at all.
Credit to Rufai Oseni here. He asked the question, when the candidate went round about not asking the question, he doubled down and it couldn’t be clear this person has zero clue. Anyone who cannot answer the ‘how’ to whatever they say they are going to do is either lying or simply deluded about how things work. None is a desirable option. x.com/Imranmuhdz/status/2066…

We are rich. We can afford a few misplaced priorities.
Our cities don't pay for football stadiums, you in the US have states/cities paying billions to private individuals to build your stadia. For example....

If you're running on being better than BAT then why do yall always want to be judged by his low standards? Are you better or not?
youtu.be/Rlnv_hqafZU?si… Did they coach BAT on this failure 🤣🤣 In this video, Tinubu evaded questions, he said opponents will copy him, you all called it strategy, today it is not strategy for PO, suddenly your intellectual side is awake, I like PO, rave you all up.

People tend to default to the familiar. It's a trap, unfortunately.
I wish Africans in the diaspora would stop building specifically for Africa. Why limit your ambitions to a small market with almost zero ability to pay? Build for the world, and Africa will use your product too.

The idea that the Naira is "undervalued" stem from IMF equilibrium models that assume a theoretically correct exchange rate obtained from macroeconomic calculations. This is a flawed concept. Exchange rates are the outcome of voluntary exchanges between individuals acting on subjective valuations and dispersed knowledge. The market price is not subordinate to a model- constructed ideal. It is the only meaningful expression of currency value at any point in time. Classifying a currency as "undervalued" can also create political pressure on government to "fix" it through intervention, moving policy away from free exchange and toward administered exchange rate regimes, reintroducing the distortions that the 2023 reforms were meant to end.
IMF says naira is 25% undervalued despite FX reforms The International Monetary Fund (IMF) says the naira remains undervalued by 25.6 percent despite recovering some ground against the US dollar following Nigeria’s foreign exchange (FX) reforms. An undervalued currency means the exchange rate is weaker than what economic fundamentals would ordinarily support.

These are the people who will be advising him as president if he wins. How's this Sycophancy any different from what we have now? 😂
The Peter Obi interview with Rufai was a masterclass. It’s all pats on the backs here.

Rufai: Security, If you were the Commander in Chief, what would you do about our kid being in the bush, and how would you do it? Peter Obi: I will not tell you. Rufai: Why? But Nigerians need to know. Peter Obi: Nigerians are not asking that. It's people who don't know what to do. Commitment, I fought criminality in Anambra State. You must show commitment.
