The proximity to the military training ground suggests the vehicle may have been tested before being transported out of the area. حوادث مصانع الاسلحة #المصرية🇪🇬 المستوردة منذ سنوات وأنا أتعامل مع هذه الملاحظات على أنها مجرد مصادفات. ثم وقع حادث جديد. ثم حادث آخر. وربما يعود ذلك إلى طبيعة عملي وخلفيتي المهنية. فأنا أعمل في مجالات تقنية المعلومات وتحليل الأداء وإدارة المشاريع وإدارة المخاطر، ولذلك أصبحت معتاداً على البحث عن الأنماط Pattern Recognition وربط الأحداث وتحليل العلاقات المحتملة بينها. خلال السنوات الماضية، لفت انتباهي أمر غريب. في كل مرة تقريباً تتجه فيها مصر للتعاقد على منظومة تسليح متقدمة أو برنامج دفاعي مهم من إحدى الشركات العالمية او الدول، تظهر لاحقاً أخبار عن حوادث صناعية أو هجمات سيبرانية أو محاولات تجسس أو تسريب معلومات أو أزمات كبيرة تتعلق بالشركة المصنعة أو إحدى الشركات المرتبطة بها او البلد نفسها. عندما تعاقدت مصر على الكورفيتات والأنظمة البحرية الفرنسية، شهدت بعض الشركات الفرنسية العاملة في القطاع الدفاعي حوادث تسريب بيانات وهجمات إلكترونية. وعندما بدأت منظومة IRIS-T الألمانية تظهر ضمن برامج الدفاع الجوي المصرية، شهدت شركات مرتبطة بالمجموعة الصناعية نفسها حرائق وانفجارات لافتة كما اضطرت الشركة بالتبرع بالمنظومات المصرية الى اوكرانيا. وعندما وقعت مصر صفقة مدافع K9 الكورية الجنوبية، تعرضت شركة Hanwha لاحقاً لانفجار كبير داخل أحد مصانعها. ومع تطور العلاقات الدفاعية بين مصر وتركيا، ظهرت تقارير عن محاولات تجسس وسرقة بيانات استهدفت شركات دفاعية تركية بارزة. وفي حالة روسيا، دخلت البلاد في حرب واسعة النطاق أثرت على سلاسل التوريد (Supply Chain Disruption) الخاصة بالعديد من الأنظمة العسكرية، بما فيها الأنظمة التي تعتمد عليها دول أخرى. في البداية بدا الأمر مجرد Coincidence. لكن مع تكرار الحوادث، أصبح من الطبيعي أن أتساءل: هل نحن أمام Pattern حقيقي؟ أم أن الأمر لا يتجاوز مجموعة أحداث غير مرتبطة يقوم العقل البشري بربطها تلقائياً؟ لذلك قررت التعامل مع الموضوع بعقلية تحليل المخاطر (Risk Assessment) وليس بعقلية نظرية المؤامرة. قمت بمراجعة عشرات Data Points وربط الأحداث زمنياً من خلال Timeline Analysis ومقارنة تواريخ الصفقات العسكرية المصرية مع الحوادث الصناعية والاختراقات السيبرانية والتسريبات الأمنية التي تعرضت لها الشركات المصنعة. وكانت النتيجة مثيرة للاهتمام. نعم، هناك Correlation ملحوظ بين بعض صفقات التسليح المصرية وبين حوادث وقعت للشركات المصنعة. لكن من منظور Intelligence Assessment وتحليل المخاطر، فإن وجود Correlation لا يعني بالضرورة وجود Causation. وهنا يكمن الفرق بين التحليل المهني وبين القفز إلى الاستنتاجات. فبعد مراجعة الحوادث المرتبطة بشركات مثل Hanwha وDiehl Defence وMBDA وThales وNaval Group وTKMS وBaykar وL3Harris وغيرها، ظهرت مجموعة من المؤشرات التي تستحق المتابعة، لكنها لا ترقى حتى الآن إلى مستوى الدليل القاطع. الخلاصة: أقوى الحالات التي تستحق التركيز والمتابعة هي الشركات المرتبطة بمنظومات IRIS-T وشركة Hanwha وبعض شركات الصناعات الدفاعية الأوروبية الكبرى، نظراً لتقارب التوقيت بين الصفقات المصرية والحوادث المسجلة. أما الحالات المرتبطة بشركات مثل Baykar وTKMS وغيرها، فتبدو أقرب إلى كونها جزءاً من بيئة عالمية معقدة من Industrial Espionage وCyber Espionage والهجمات على قطاع الصناعات الدفاعية، أكثر من كونها مؤشراً على وجود استهداف مباشر مرتبط بمصر أو بصفقاتها العسكرية. الاستنتاج: • Correlation موجود. • الحوادث حقيقية وموثقة. • Pattern يستحق المتابعة والتحليل. • لكن لا يوجد حتى الآن دليل مفتوح المصدر يثبت وجود Causation أو عملية ممنهجة تستهدف صفقات التسليح المصرية بشكل مباشر. وبالتالي، فإن الحديث عن نظرية مؤامرة يبقى مجرد Hypothesis غير مثبتة، بينما يبقى التفسير الأكثر ترجيحاً وفق البيانات المتاحة هو أن هذه الشركات تعمل داخل Threat Landscape عالمي شديد التعقيد، تتداخل فيه المنافسة الاستراتيجية والتجسس الصناعي والهجمات السيبرانية والضغوط التشغيلية وسلاسل التوريد العسكرية. ومع ذلك... سيبقى المحلل بداخلي يراقب الـ Timeline، لأن بعض الأنماط لا تظهر حقيقتها إلا بعد مرور سنوات من تجميع البيانات وتحليلها.
