As #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek begins, the @amhNI Regional Youth Panel has released a new report on young people’s mental health across Northern Ireland. 📢🧵
Many of those surveyed described their mental health as being ‘up and down’, suggesting that changeable moods and wellbeing have become a common reality for many young people. 🎢
Through these findings, the RYP aim to help shape future mental health support for young people across Northern Ireland 💜
