UPDATE — This statement is from the attorney who is now representing the self-described “peacekeeper” who shot and killed Afa Ah Loo. The “peacekeeper” has not been arrested. Nobody has been charged by @SLCODA, @SimGillDA.

In short, leftist vigilante mistakes leftist militiaman for a threat and accidentally shoots and kills a leftist bystander; police arrest the leftist militiaman for murder, though it seems he's just open-carrying.
