That is the thinking behind the 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, a new initiative launched this year through our Blood Bank Talks platform. At the inaugural session last month, nine leaders from institutions across Canada came together to begin building a working group focused on practical impact. Over the course of 2026, the network will co-develop workflows in priority areas, test them within their own institutions, and share what proves effective in practice. The goal is simple: make valuable knowledge easier to share across institutions. Session 2 takes place at the beginning of April.
