Also I made it clear your complaints management team cannot be involved the complaints manager @RoyalFreeNHS sent me oppressive dehumanising ( HATE ) mail and attempted to entrap me into legal detriment I'm sorry I don't have there name but will access the email and let you know
when is my MRI scan. you should also as patient experience be concerned an urgent appointment is 16 months at urology Barnet that's a public interest story
Please reply by return Via my X page in the public interest no need for privacy I'm open on here I document everything for a coroner's inquest and the press so in the event of my death you can't say lessons to learn

I'm being abused @RoyalFreeNHS urology at #BarnetGeneralHospital #Barnet the management team including the complaints manager for the entire health trust they have #forced me to make confessions in public about my #identity and #blaming me for #speakingout about #humiliation and targeted negligence they constantly misgenderd and refused my pronouns nasty gang culture we thought was left at Stafford General Hospital
The actions of all involved is targeted torture of a vulnerable disabled person with a rare genetic condition @barnet_ptexp are just on another planet

I hope at @RoyalFreeNHS will acknowledge that behind their ignorance victim blaming and institutional corruption around urology at #BarnetGeneralHospital #Barnet that they are knowingly inflicting #torture on a #vulnerable patient and #persecuting them by denying safe health care
@barnet_ptexp are a shock to conscience for any reasonable person is it a coincidence that @barnet_ptexp emailed me the day after I exposed them on X or does it confirm a patient in need is being played to protect reputations above the protection of human life
I expect the whole gang culture at Barnet General Hospital urology to target me for speaking out to save my life
I know a lot about #NHS corruption and that includes the board of @NHSEngland and the then CEO Sir Simon Stevens who was involved in my case personally

I've already told various Kalogrias at @barnet_ptexp in my case for their deliberate negligence if I die they should be charged with criminal negligence manslaughter this must also include @RoyalFreeNHS health trust complaints manager and many more in urology
The urology department and management has allowed their bigotry towards me for being #trans the opportunity to use health care as a weapon of abuse and targeting me for speaking out they have a gang culture thing going on
The negligence put my life at risk and still is
