You have to know!” PRATT: “I don’t need to know about solar, you know?” “I need to focus on making sure the moms are safe and the animals are not being abused. That’s my party.” MAHER: “I know. but if you’re the mayor...” PRATT: “Solar panels, that’s going to be somebody I’m hiring. That’s my deputy mayor who’s going to worry about the solar panels.” MAHER: “No, Spencer. I got bad news. If you’re the mayor, you are going to have to learn some of these issues more intricately.” PRATT: “Solar panels...we’re about three years from worrying about solar panels.” “We need to get all of the naked drug addicts off of the sidewalks and then I can worry about solar panels.” MAHER: “We can’t walk and chew gum at the same time?” PRATT: “With the state of LA right now, solar panels, you’re gonna spit that gum out.”

I had a professor at Cal State Long Beach who constantly trashed America as racist, oppressive, and irredeemable. He mocked the Constitution, capitalism, and virtually every American institution. At the end of the semester, he gave an emotional story about how his mother crawled through sewer pipes to reach America. So I raised my hand and asked: if America is this irredeemable, oppressive country, why did she risk everything to come here? And why are neither of you interested in going back? He didn’t answer the question. Instead he called me disrespectful. That’s because much of this ideology is not rooted in reality testing. It’s institutional theater rewarded by academia, media, and activism. The system incentivizes moral denunciation of America while simultaneously depending on the opportunities America uniquely provides.

NYC spends more per pupil than most people pay for private school or college. Its frickn insane. The budget has gone up every year, enrollment has gone down. With all that money only 3 out of 10 kids can read in the 8th grade. Cuba can read better english and they speak spanish lol. So where is the money going? Def not to teachers. but shh, ro doesn't want you to know that. A starting teacher in NYC makes $65K. Mamdani's city spends $42K per kid, runs a $40B budget. You could pay every teacher six figures with that money and have 12 kids per a classroom. But thats too logical. It goes to administrators. Consultants. Overtime. Unions. Friends and family businesses. Pensions for people who left a decade ago. Studies about studies. Buildings that take ten years to renovate. Everyone else but the kids, teachers and actual schools THERE IS ENOUGH MONEY. Politicians decide where the money goes. Teachers are underpaid because of how government spends money. Not because Bezos doesn't pay enough. Then they stand outside a billionaire's apartment with a camera and tell you he's the problem. That's the SCAM. Ro Khanna says tax billionaires to fund $60K teacher salaries. NYC already spends enough to fund $100K teacher salaries. The money's there, Ro. Your people are the ones who won't give it to her. Federal level is the same story. DOE spending up 649% since 2000 and kids aren't any smarter. GAO found $186 billion in improper payments last year. $3 trillion in errors since 2003. It’s criminal. During the Summer of Floyd, a Black, drug-addled career criminal died while resisting police after committing a crime, and whole cities burned while we were lectured endlessly about “racism.” Now Henry Nowak, an 18-year-old White first-year student at the University of Southampton, is stabbed multiple times by Vickrum Digwa, a Sikh man carrying blades under Britain’s sacred multicultural laws. He was sober enough to be under the legal driving limit, in good spirits, sending videos to his friends, and simply trying to get home. He bled out in the street while his killer stood there, shielded by the very system that should have saved him. The same political class that screamed for years over Floyd now falls silent. That silence tells you exactly whose lives matter to them, whose do not, and why they hate you for noticing.
