**Ex Parte Abuse in Domestic Violence Cases: A Private Investigator's Insight** As a private investigator with firsthand experience dealing with cases of false accusations of domestic violence, I've seen the dark side of how ex parte proceedings can be exploited. When a woman files for a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order), she must notify her husband, typically through an ex parte notification left on voicemail, about the TRO and provide details for the court appearance. Here's where the situation turns truly ugly; she might deliberately provide a later or erroneous time for the court appearance in the ex parte notification, which triggers a "default judgment" for the TRO. This ex parte process has huge potential for abuse due to its one-sided nature. Now, the falsely accused husband's life is turned upside down: he's no longer allowed at his home, (RED FLAG) must turn in his firearms to the police, and cannot contact his wife, while his life is in disarray. This situation underscores the need for reforms or at least heightened scrutiny in these cases to prevent such manipulations. It's crucial to maintain the integrity of legal protections while also safeguarding against their misuse, which can have devastating effects on innocent lives. Ex Parte is often a tool of abuse.

Do you have a child or a family member thinking about joining the Air Force? It was the greatest thing, other than my wife and children, I’ve ever done in my life. A few of the really cool things I’ve seen in the cockpit flying: - The Northern Lights - Mount Fuji - The pyramids in Giza - Mount McKinley - The Mississippi River - The South Pole - The curvature of the Earth - The Alps - The White Cliffs of Dover - The Dead Sea - The Great Barrier Reef - Mount Kilimanjaro - Diamond Head - The North Pole - The Suez Canal - The Sydney Bridge and Opera House - The Panama Canal - Mecca - The Lights of London in the Middle of the Night - Venice - Fireworks at Disney - Mount Aetna in full volcano mode I’ve been very blessed.

Watch how the 2020 election was stolen and how they are able to count the same ballot more than once or flip thousands of votes from one candidate to another at the click of a button through the adjudication process. This is just another tactic in combination with mail-in ballots and compromised machines of how our elections are stolen.

Obama and Sen. Dick Lugar co-wrote an op-ed warning that an avian flu pandemic could kill millions and represents a major national security threat comparable to nuclear proliferation and terrorism. Guess where they just traveled from before writing a report about a "KILLER AVIAN FLU" and signing a biological agreement? UKRAINE. DNI Gabbard's report warned of over 120 BIOLABS across 30 countries, including, UKRAINE. On September 2, 2005, the Nunn-Lugar program transported 124 samples of 62 unique strains of dangerous pathogens, including plague, anthrax, cholera, and others, from Azerbaijan's anti-plague station to Washington, D.C. for "study" and secure storage. The report Obama and Lugar wrote was the beginning of the psychological operation aspect of the "killer flu" pandemic, planting it into the public domain. This is predictive programming. This is the precursor and the beginning to the Fauci gain-of-function and military preparation of the COVID "plandemic."

Runbeck scanned more ballots than they received from Maricopa County in the 2020 election. Maricopa County and Runbeck's own numbers did NOT even match. - 263,379 Ballot in - 298,942 Ballots returned Maricopa County didn't even know how many ballots they gave Runbeck when questioned in court, or that Runbeck employees can inject ballots into the count with NO chain of custody. 65 MILLION ballots were cast by mail in the 2020 election. This is more than DOUBLE than any other previous election, more than the system can handle, and a recipe for FRAUD. 2020 was stolen.

This article was written by a 26 yr old college student by the name of Alyssa Ahlgren, who's in grad school for her MBA. What a GREAT perspecitve..👍🏽 My Generation Is Blind to the Prosperity Around Us! I'm sitting in a small coffee shop near Nokomis (Florida) trying to think of what to write about. I scroll through my newsfeed on my phone looking at the latest headlines of presidential candidates calling for policies to "fix" the so-called injustices of capitalism. I put my phone down and continue to look around. I see people talking freely, working on their MacBook's, ordering food they get in an instant, seeing cars go by outside, and it dawned on me. We live in the most privileged time in the most prosperous nation and we've become completely blind to it. Vehicles, food, technology, freedom to associate with whom we choose. These things are so ingrained in our American way of life we don't give them a second thought. We are so well off here in the United States that our poverty line begins 31 times above the global average. Thirty One Times!!! Virtually no one in the United States is considered poor by global standards. Yet, in a time where we can order a product off Amazon with one click and have it at our doorstep the next day, we are unappreciative, unsatisfied, and ungrateful. ?? Our unappreciation is evident as the popularity of socialist policies among my generation continues to grow. Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez recently said to Newsweek talking about the millennial generation, "An entire generation, which is now becoming one of the largest electorates in America, came of age and never saw American prosperity." Never saw American prosperity! Let that sink in. When I first read that statement, I thought to myself, that was quite literally the most entitled and factually illiterate thing I've ever heard in my 26 years on this earth. Many young people agree with her, which is entirely misguided. My generation is being indoctrinated by a mainstream narrative to actually believe we have never seen prosperity. I know this first hand, I went to college, let's just say I didn't have the popular opinion, but I digress. Why then, with all of the overwhelming evidence around us, evidence that I can even see sitting at a coffee shop, do we not view this as prosperity? We have people who are dying to get into our country. People around the world destitute and truly impoverished. Yet, we have a young generation convinced they've never seen prosperity, and as a result, we elect some politicians who are dead set on taking steps towards abolishing capitalism. Why? The answer is this,?? my generation has only seen prosperity. We have no contrast. We didn't live in the great depression, or live through two world wars, the Korean War, The Vietnam War or we didn't see the rise and fall of socialism and communism. We don't know what it's like to live without the internet, without cars, without smartphones. We don't have a lack of prosperity problem. We have an entitlement problem, an ungratefulness problem, and it's spreading like a plague."

I asked Grok to list the major attacks on the U.S. by Iran and Hezbollah over the last 47 years. Now I'm wondering why it took our leaders so long to do anything significant beyond sanctions and limited responses. When all the Marines were killed in 1983 while sleeping in their barracks, our country basically did nothing to retaliate, and in 1984 we withdrew all troops from Lebanon... that's basically a retreat imo. 1979: US Embassy hostage crisis (52 Americans held 444 days) 1983: Beirut bombings — 17 killed at Embassy 241 Marines (Iran-backed Hezbollah) 1996: Khobar Towers bombing — 19 US airmen killed 2003–2011: Iraq — 600 US troops killed via Iranian EFPs & militias 2020: Missile strikes on US bases in Iraq (100 injured) 2023–2024: 180 proxy attacks on US forces (3 killed in Jordan) For so much of this, I was young, unengaged, and stupid. So glad President Trump is doing what he is doing now!
