Building in crypto does not invalidate the fundamentals of building a good business.
Startups still need to define their audience, understand the problem, and create a model that can sustain itself.
Too many crypto projects stop at “whales,” token demand, and vague utility.
The projects that last know exactly who they serve, why users return, and how value is created beyond speculation.
Blockchain can improve the product and unlock entirely new opportunities.
It cannot replace the business model.

We basically fund every "shit", but not the ones which are here from the start and we use on a daily base.

This is a difficult one.
No funding for @eternlwallet means the team will need around 5,000 users to purchase PRO subscriptions to sustain development for another year.
If that support doesn’t materialise, the wallet won’t disappear, but development will be scaled back, and Eternl will enter maintenance mode until better times.
Eternl reportedly has around 130,000 installations across browsers, iOS and Android. It remains one of Cardano’s most widely used wallets, yet its future development is now uncertain.
The irony isn’t lost on me.
I reluctantly abstained from their funding proposal while using Eternl to submit the vote.

I was on a conference meeting today with a few banking VCs. Cardano ($ADA) came up in the discussion about blockchain projects they’re watching.
Their immediate reaction? They zeroed in on the internal fighting and governance drama. They mentioned the public disputes, community tensions, and how it creates too much uncertainty. Bottom line: “It deters us from investing.”
As someone who believes in Cardano’s tech, research-driven approach, and real progress (like the recent institutional funds), this was disappointing to hear. The fundamentals are strong, but the perception of constant infighting is clearly hurting institutional interest.
Cardano’s decentralized governance is ambitious, but right now it’s projecting chaos instead of strength to outsiders. How do we fix the optics? Focus more on delivery, better communication, and unity on the big things🦇

Many teams would have thrown in the towel based on the hate they have received, especially being black balled by chain founder himself.
The people are in fact stronger (and wiser) than CH and bullsh!t narratives. @IagonOfficial will survive. Many will eat crow.

If you're wondering what happened to Solana @PreStocks SpaceX, they got absolutely crushed and are now trading around ~$112 (after 5:1 split), implying a ~40% discount to the underlying shares.
Turns out there's a 180-day lockup before preStocks can be converted into real shares (I suspect very few people were aware of this). So holders have two choices: dump into a thin-liquidity market at a steep discount today, or wait 180 days and convert at full value. Looks like many crypto degens are choosing the former.
Interestingly, this issue doesn't exist (and couldn't exist) in the $SPCX perp market.
Pre-IPO markets only make sense to trade via perps.
