15th Century Fort in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra built by Nizam Shahi. It is circular in planning with 22 bastions and a moat to keep enemies at bay. First Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru was detained here and wrote the book ' Discovery of India' while imprisoned here.

Traditional silk weaving handloom at Venkatagiri, Andra Pradesh.
Typically a saree takes 2-3 months to weave. These sarees are spun with fine cottons of 100 and 120 counts which have simple borders of gold thread and richly brocaded pallous.

पुण्यातल्या माणसांना "गोड गोड बोला" असा संदेश वर्षाच्या सुरवातीलाच मिळाला की कसं थोडा आगाऊपणा बाजूला ठेऊन गोड बोललं जातं. गूळ पोळी का होईना, कमीत कमी ४ वेगवेगळ्या रंगांचा काटेरी हलवा तर मिळेलच हातात. अशा गोड सणाच्या, मकर संक्रांतीच्या सर्वांना खूप खूप शुभेच्छा! #MakarSankranti
