So, it would appear that the inventors missed it, the manufacturers missed it, the medics missed it, the researchers finally identified it. The organisations of most if not all will have expressed a commitment to diversity. What went wrong then, and where else is it going wrong?

@The_TUC (in association with @EverydaySexism) research in 2016 showed over half of women have been sexually harassed at work, and 4 out of 5 of those who experience sexual harassment at work don’t report it. This has to end, enough is enough.
