Life update: I feel so out of touch with crypto that i haven't known what to tweet or write for weeks. However, I've been studying a lot on email marketing and building case studies on how crypto businesses have successfully utilized it (maybe/not including CEXs with their $5 signup reward emails) A few businesses that I'm looking at currently are; • @AcctualTeam (great product by the way, their acquisition email caught my attention) • @leonabboud and Unfungible(dot)xyz (noticing things with how they've got great lead magnets) • @blockfestafrica @TheNirvanAcad (noticed how they're using newsletters to nurture their communities, s/o to @thecryptoreo) • @Boogas (they did a lot of early experiments and are now using newsletters; valuable data) • @xomarket (curious about their promotional emails) Unlike conventional guerrilla marketing tactics in crypto, email allows you own your audience and sell to them directly. If you're interested in learning more about how email works for crypto businesses, stick around...I'll be sharing more content on YouTube soon. And if you're leading/running/marketing a crypto business, I'd like to know your thoughts on owning your marketing channels. I made a 3-minute survey for that. forms.gle/hpAcAyv2fLgVt1CV6 You can opt in to receive the results of the survey as well. Gm.

Crypto as a developing industry is way ahead in tech and infrastructure, but still lags terribly behind in ethos. It explains why everyone in crypto knows the newest shiny new tech months before normies do. But also why normies irk when crypto people try to do anything else.

Attention ≠ acquisition, i think is the basic rule of marketing. I agree with Ruthy on the rule of 7, and if i were to apply email marketing to amplify any of these 7 touchpoints, my pick would be; 1 w/ a lead magnet 2 w/ opt-in forms 4 w/ welcomes 6 w/ Feedback 7 w/ retention
rule of seven.

Don't be like me. I spent ~91days building @JournalTac & got 0 returns. >go all in with zero 'support' >bootstrap with a 5-man team >get nothing (5:0 risk/reward ratio) Here's 10 things I'd do if I were starting again; building a business using ecosystem arbitrage.

If you've built a business or (plan on building one) using ecosystem arbitrage, then you should read this. Gonna share soon. P.S: Let me know if you see anything. I don't think I reduced the transparency enough 😅

1 month, 192hours. That's how long ago I got any feedback/response from the @TacBuild team. It was a beautiful experience, but time to pivot, I guess. P.S: If you're working on anything interesting and think I can add/multiply value, hit me up...I'll love to help out.

In Web2, streaming platforms are the peak of socialFi. Meet Paul, a gamer/streamer. He makes $5k/12hrs for speaking to strangers across his screen. Paul teaches us that; -Livestreaming: social -Gifts/subs: incentives The wheel is, when one streamer makes $$, others want to too

My team and I built & bootstrapped @JournalTac for ~91 days. We started post-tge & still created a central hub for info data, aligning the community back to @TacBuild. – and, we still have a lot more to offer on TAC regardless. So hey @croll83,@emacosc, we should hop on a call.

I've been 3 years in crypto and i still don't know what i'm doing man😅 I'm still young, so i have more time than 'experience'. I'm also someone who thinks in extremes, unknowns aren't always friendly. But now? i'm JUST gonna DO IT one skill/experience at a time.

Best year of my life man 💀 Learned to not TP & suffer for it. Learned to not stick to my structures & suffer for it. Learned how to provide $1m in value & get $1k for it. Learned that i'm not 'better', after suffering for it. Learned not to sell & suffer for it. Beautiful.
We're about to enter the last month of 2025. What have you really achieved this year?

"narratives" or "trends" rarely ever change, they just morph & wear makeup. The principle of simulation is similar to the concept of principle and drama. Like how the principle is combining social interactions with incentives, the drama could be pump or Kaito. Context is key.
