When my kids were growing up, we used to spend Saturdays driving around looking at buildings, sometimes from point A to B, sometimes just cause. I got alot of "Dad, I'm bored!"
Now 2 of my boys are in commercial real estate.
Proud of them. Those drives worked!

Music is absolutely key. I can stack classes with similar music if needed. Luckily for me, my favorite instructors are the ones who typically play my favorite music!!
