At the NYSUT Disconnected Conference, speakers from all over gathered to discuss the effects of cellphones, social media and technology on students' learning and mental health.
Thank you to all our guests for engaging in a constructive dialogue about this crucial issue!

Following our Disconnected Conference, NYSUT’s Board of Directors passed a resolution calling for restrictions on smartphones and other personal devices like smartwatches and earbuds in schools.
