Today we are publishing our first ever position statement on menopause and mental health. A lack of understanding means too many women are missing out on vital support when they need it most. #MenopauseAndMentalHealth rcpsych.ac.uk/news-and-featu…

A reminder EUPD is NOT the new name for BPD. It is the old name for BPD. EUPD no longer exists in ICD-11, the latest revision of the diagnostic bible we use in the U.K. and half the world. BPD is no longer a diagnoses either but is a TRAIT QUALIFIER that gets added to PD 1/2

Men, we need your help to help other men! (Link is in the bio) We want to hear men’s ideas of how eating/exercise/body image healthcare resources can be engaging for men. Your ideas will support the next phase: a co-design of guidelines to inform future resource development.

The hardest work l've ever done wasn't paid. It was staying alive when I was at my lowest. It was caring for someone I loved. It was surviving when survival felt impossible. Work takes many forms. #DWP #Benefits #InvisibleWork #Work

Wow what a huge shock and honor! Massive thanks to everyone who believed in me held on to hope even during times when I couldn’t see a future for myself. Special thanks to @RanoBhadoria for the nomination @sophiebehrman for being a great co-production partner!
