- Some the most high achieving students were not awarded NSF GRFP because the reviewers perceived them as being not qualified enough

No one really prepares you for how challenging the last few months of a clinical psych PhD program before leaving for internship are. Writing a diss, packing-up & moving, and doing a clinical practicum are testing my time management, organization, and distress tolerance skills!

US Senate passed act to make Daylight Savings Time permanent
✅ ends abrupt circadian shifts
❌ does not match solar time & human circadian time
❌ less morning sunlight, which is critical to set circadian rhythms
Solution: Permanent Standard Time @SaveStandard
