I went back and forth for a long time trying to figure out what the best possible coin and narrative would be for my next project. I toyed around with different ideas, but inevitably scrapped every last ticker I had scribbled down in my notepad. They were all just reskinned characters or recycled community narratives with a slightly different angle.
That’s when it hit me.
None of them were outliers.
Some of you remember there was a previous OUTLIER ticker launched on Heaven DEX. Everyone loved the coin, loved the narrative, and for a brief, fleeting moment loved this new “outlier” launchpad. We all thought this time was going to be different.
It was not.
They were not the outliers.
They lied about buybacks, lied about Starseed (which was always “starting tomorrow”), and within a few short weeks extracted millions from the trenches and fucked off into the sunset.
To this day, I think that coin should have been something far more special. It should have been what was written on the ticker.
I want to create a new paradigm for the trenches. A new mindset. A new perspective on community, deployers, and what we can accomplish when everyone is working toward a common goal with the best intentions possible.
I’ve always considered myself something of an outlier in this space.
I launch projects that I genuinely believe have a shot at becoming something great, not just another quick cash grab like so many of these so-called devs.
I don’t bundle. I don’t snipe. I don’t give anything less than 100% effort in doing whatever it takes to put my projects in the best possible position to succeed.
I try to make my launches as fair as possible and create opportunities for people to actually make money instead of lighting it on fire.
Don’t believe me?
There’s a fucking Atlantic lobster in my house because I said, “Fuck it, maybe we buy a goddamn lorb.”
He’s so spoiled now it’s insane.
I spent thousands of dollars and countless hours researching, building, and maintaining a 49-degree, 75-gallon saltwater tank just to hold the lorb because I said I was going to.
I was also the first person in the space to redirect 100% of project funds to charity during Pharmacoin. Nearly two years later, that idea became an entire meta.
OUTLIER will be exactly what the name implies: an outlier project.
It will break the mold of what we’ve allowed ourselves to accept as “standard practice.”
We’re going to take the best mechanics and ideas from every corner of the blockchain and combine them into one beautiful outlier project.
I loved the airdrop meta, but one thing I never understood was sending massive chunks of supply to only a handful of the largest accounts in the space.
Sure, it’s great for visibility and short-term price action, but it only takes one bad actor to ruin the entire thing.
Looking at you, fuckhouse Ricco.
So I decided that if I’m doing an airdrop, it’s going to reach as many people as humanly possible.
Everyone had to publicly post a wallet address to be eligible.
There will be no secret allocations sent in the shadows. No paid KOL deals. No bullshit.
Every single coin that leaves the dev wallet will be accounted for and tracked publicly on our website.
You’re free to do whatever you want with your coins. Just understand that it will all be public information.
There will be a follow-up post explaining how the rest of the supply will be distributed, but for now I’ll leave you with this:
Outliers will be rewarded.
Outliers will prevail.
