Through interactive sessions, participants are gaining insights into programme design, beneficiary engagement, and the importance of aligning interventions with community needs. A key highlight of the training is its strong emphasis on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). Staff are being guided on how to track #progress, measure #impact, and ensure #accountability through data-driven approaches. This includes learning how to collect, analyze, and utilize #data to inform decision-making and improve programme outcomes over time. Additionally, the workshop is strengthening staff capacity in effective programme implementation, ensuring that all activities are carried out with #efficiency, #transparency, and in line with best practices.
