Dude. We get it. You don't like D3. You think it's too expensive. You don't think they can play.
I live in Virginia, who happens to have 7 teams heading to the tournament this year.
I can tell you, there are plenty of folks that can afford the tuition! There are plenty of good teams.
And many, many, many of these kids will be earning salaries $100k/year 3 years after graduating because the schools are top tier. Maybe there's life after baseball?
Not all kids are fits for all schools. If you don't have kids with top grades from families that can afford expensive tuition, that's ok, but no need to spend all your time railing on D3 schools.
I played D1 at 1 of the best academic schools in the country.
My wife ran track at a D3 in the same state that would have laughed at me if I applied.
As time goes by, I envy her experience compared to mine.
For the sake of your players, I hope you begin to be more open minded.
